Back to School – Library Sign up!

september

September is National Library Card Sign-Up Month. During this month, Louis T. Graves Memorial Public Library will join the American Library Association and public libraries nationwide to make sure students have the most important school supply of all – their very own library card!  A library card will grant your children access to all kinds of valuable resources for school. Besides books there are also CD’s, movies, magazines, audio books, computers and more. And the best thing is it’s all free!   So come on in this month and apply for a Library card.  Residents of Kennebunkport, Kennebunk, Cape Porpoise, Wells, or Arundel (including general area) are welcome to a free Library Card. Children between the ages of 0-14 need a parent or guardian present to sign their application card. Louis T. Graves Memorial Public Library is located at 18 Maine Street in Kennebunkport.  FMI please call at 967-2778 or visit our website at http://www.graveslibrary.org.
